Charlie's Cheesecake Works was founded by Charlie Major in 2002 to produce specialty cheesecakes for local restaurants, hotels and consumers looking for a quality unique desert. Our cheesecakes are made in our San Jose facility using All Natural Real California Cream Cheese. There are no preservatives, stabilizers or additives in our cheese. Our fruit is premium quality IQF, with no preservatives or additives.
In order to maintain the quality of our product, we make our own Vanilla and blend our own Chocolates. The result is an All-Natural premium quality specialty cheesecake available in over 40 distinctive flavors.
Our store is open Monday through Saturday. We always have a large selection of cheesecakes available. We offer our 9" standard cheesecake which serves 16, our 4 oz Bambino in the convenient Grab and Go Pack, and our Charlie's PoppersTM , which are great for quick dessert, friendly gatherings or a buffet.
