1. When do I have to place my order for next day delivery?

We have a selection of Cheesecakes that are identified as “Next day delivery” If your order is placed for one of these cheesecakes before 12 Noon Pacific Time, we will ship for Next Day delivery.
For the cheesecakes identified as “2nd Day Delivery”, we will make your cheesecake and ship within 48 hours for delivery on the third day.

2. What days do you ship?

We ship Monday thru Thursday for Next Day delivery and Friday for Saturday delivery. There is no 10:30 am delivery commitment on Saturday; all deliveries will be before 5:00pm local time. We cannot ship for Sunday or Monday Delivery

3. Can I specify a date that I want my cheesecake delivered?

Yes, as long as further out than the items in question 1. You can place your order up to 2 weeks ahead.

4. What if there is no one home to receive the cheesecake?
|
|
FedEx will leave the cheesecake when it is safe to do so. Because our cheesecakes are made with All Natural Cream Cheese they are able to be re-frozen. When you arrive home place the cheesecake in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as practical. Our packaging will keep your cheesecake safe for 48 hours.

5. Does the Cheesecake cost on you Web Site include shipping?
|
|
No, once you pick the Cheesecake and go to your Shopping CART you will see a drop down box for shipping, 10:30 am delivery cost more than 5:00pm as does Saturday. Shipping will be added to the Cheesecake price. There are no handling charges, only shipping and the Cheesecake. Packaging is included.

6. Can I add a note or card?
|
|
Yes, if you want a personal note or card please be sure it arrives at our plant 48 hours before the ship date for the Cheesecake. We will add a generic congratulatory card if requested under special instructions when ordering.

7. What size is your Cheesecake and how many people do your cheesecakes serve?
|
|
Our cheesecakes are 9in in diameter and weigh over 3 Lbs. They are pre cut into 16 slices.

8. Do you ship your Cheesecakes locally?
