Each cheesecake is prepared in our San Jose, CA bakery using all-natural, real California cream cheese, combined with quality fruits, house-made vanilla, and fine chocolates to create a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth taste.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our cheesecakes, you may return the unused portion for a refund or replacement, no questions asked!

Do you have any cheesecake items available to purchase, or should we pre-order?
Our Poppers are always here and ready to go. If you want a large order, we would appreciate a day's notice. Otherwise, just stop in, and we will take care of you.
How do you store the cheesecakes? Do you thaw it out before eating? How long do the cheesecakes last?
All of our cheesecakes are made without preservatives. Our shop freezer is kept at around 0°F to maintain freshness. For best enjoyment, let the cheesecake sit out for 10–15 minutes before serving. It can remain at room temperature for up to 4–5 hours. Just return it to the freezer afterward, and it will be as good as new.
Is there a crust on the mini cheesecakes?
Yes, all of our Poppers, Bambinos, and standard 9" cakes are made with a shortbread cookie crust.
Can I order cheesecake for delivery online without calling?
You can go to our website and click order for pickup or delivery.
What delivery options are available?
You can get our cheesecake delivered locally using DoorDash, Uber Eats, or GrubHub. For larger catering orders, you can find us on EZ-cater.
